1. All Sales Final – General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of verified defects or order fulfillment errors.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect all orders upon delivery.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery

• Email info@upthecreekarms.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved:

• We will offer a replacement of the same item or issue a refund at our discretion

• We will provide return instructions if needed

• Items must not be used or altered

• Failure to report issues within the 5-day window constitutes acceptance of the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products (including all custom holsters and gear)

• Items that have been used, worn, modified, or damaged after delivery

• Clearance or discounted items

• Gift cards or promotional items

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not shipped or entered production

• Once an order has shipped or production has begun, it cannot be canceled

5. Shipping & Delivery

• ​All non face to face sales of FFL items must ship only to a licensed FFL holder

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery

6. Training Classes & Services

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class may receive a refund or store credit at our discretion

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

No-Shows:

• No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of this policy.

8. Memberships & Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual membership plans that provide access to range facilities and other member benefits. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:

Billing & Renewal:

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected)

• All memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the customer

Payment Authorization:

• By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle

Cancellations:

• You may cancel your membership at any time

• Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle

• Once a billing cycle has been charged, it is non-refundable

Refunds:

• No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to use membership benefits

Access & Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of range rules, safety policies, or misuse of services

• No refunds will be issued in such cases

Changes to Membership:

• Membership pricing, benefits, and terms may be updated at any time

• Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
